Austin Hammond was found unresponsive at a home in the 4300 block of Seminole Avenue on the morning of September 12, 2021, Baltimore Police said.
After numerous attempts to resuscitate the child, medics pronounced the victim deceased at the home, police say.
Hammond's body was transported to the medical examiner’s office where an autopsy and toxicology test were performed.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to contact police at (410) 396-2488.
